CNA positions - full time and part time

Northwood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a 123 bed facility located in Lowell, MA. Responsibilities include: * Perform ADL's - grooming * Be observant of changes in condition of residents and report to nurse * Accurate and timely documentation of tasks performed * Promptly answer call lights, ensure they are within reach of resident * Ensure room is tidy and uncluttered for safety * Ensure resident assignments are completed timely and accurately * Follow residents plan of care * Thorough communication at change of shift with oncoming aides
