Responsibilities include: * Medication Administration * Resident treatments/dressings * Follow Physician Orders * Maintain current resident care plan * Resident Progress Notes * Transcription of Physician Orders * Complete admission and discharge paperwork * Effective communication with residents and families * Thorough communication at change of shift with oncoming nurse Facility uses Point Click Care as their EMR.
