Your Role:
• Provide compassionate, individualized care to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
• Collaborate with our nursing team and other team members to ensure resident needs are met and communicated effectively to families and care staff.
• Foster a positive, caring environment by building strong relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members.
• Contribute to the development of care plans by observing and reporting changes in residents' health and well-being.
• Engage in training opportunities and continuous learning to enhance your caregiving skills.
