We are searching for dedicated, compassionate, and energetic Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dynamic team and be a vital link between our patients, family, medical professionals and other facility staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS · Provides care as directed by the professional nurse to residents requiring long term restorative care or life care · Reports observations and other pertinent information related to the care of the resident · Documents objective information related to resident care · Participates in the development of unit objectives · Participates in the identification of staff educational needs · Conducts self in a professional manner in compliance with unit and facility policies · Participates in the quality assessment and improvement process and activities · Performs any other duties as necessary or assigned by a supervisor, department head, or administrator GENERAL RESIDENT CARE · Resident’s are treated with respect, dignity. · Confidentiality of all resident’s information is maintained · Assistance is provided with admissions/transfers/discharges MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS *********** MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID WITH BOOSTER****** · · Previous Nursing Assistant experience or student nurse preferred · Completion of certification program for Nursing Assistants.
