Direct Support Professional/Home Caregiver

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a community living setting. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, implementing individualized care plans, and supporting clients in achieving their personal goals.
