Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
1.Assists the patient in the Activities of Daily Living (ADLS) including personal care
2. Encourage the patient's family to participate in patient care.
3. Provides companionship to the patient.
4. Assists in the maintenance of safe and healthy environment.
5. Reminds the client to take, and assists client and/or family, with self-administered oral Medication.
6. Takes and record accurate patient vital signs when advised
7. Fallows the Home Health Plan as written, approved, and supervised by the Director.
8. Gives emotional support to the patient and/or family.
9. Informs Director of changes in patients condition.
10. Documents activities and findings and submits documentations as required by company procedures.
