Direct Care Staff

We are a family owned business and we are looking for an individual who would like to be more than just a staff, but part of our family and with an open heart learn to provide LOVING care and supervision to developmentally disabled adults in our 10 bed home facility. Currently there are 7 consumers in our home. Duties include, but not limited to: assisting residents with all ADLs: AM preparation - bathing, toileting, dressing; meal preparation, medication administration, housekeeping, laundry. Must have valid CDL and able to pass background DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance. Work schedule may vary to include weekends, nights, and holidays and occasional last minute on call. Candidate must possess common sense and knowledge of working within a HOME setting; able to make good/appropriate decisions if needed; must be in good physical health, as position requires bending, stooping, squatting (minimal lifting).
