Seeking LVN's for Hospice services

This opportunity is for contracted per diem work with a possibility of advancement to full time. Job Responsibilities: - Follow-up visit - Routine care/assessment - Continuous care, as needed - Death/Postmortem care, as needed Required experience: 1 year nursing experience, preferably in home health and/or hospice setting. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem Pay: $45.00 - $90 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Medical Specialty: Home Health Hospice & Palliative Medicine Wound Care Schedule: Holidays Monday to Friday On call Weekend availability
