Park West is seeking exceptional new and/or experience CNA's for Full Time and Part Time, Day, Evening, and NOC Shift. NOC & Weekend shifts are eligible for shift differentials! Primary Purpose The primary purpose of your job is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Responsibilities and Duties Certified Nursing Assistant Job Duties include but not limited to: · Providing patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths. · Providing patient assistance with daily activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals. · Taking and documenting temperature, blood pressure, documenting food and fluid intake and output, as directed. · Providing patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients' call lights and requests; reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor. · Maintaining work operations by following policies and procedures.
