Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description

Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for you at Full Life Care! We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Adult Day Health Care programs. You’ll have a positive impact on our participants in a relaxed environment, and our shifts run Monday-Friday, leaving your evening and weekends free! As one of our RN’s, you will: • Establish meaningful, collaborative relationships with our participants, assessing their needs and working with caregivers and physicians on treatment plans. • Provide compassion and effective care and treatments to each participant. • Complete, document, and communicate assessments, charting, action plans, and other necessary information to adhere to WAC guidelines, FLC Policy, and best care for our participants. • Help maintain a safe and clean working environment for our participants. • Maintains nursing supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary. • Possess great communication skills, keeping client information confidential. • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing team members • Assist with training of new staff as needed. • Other duties as assigned. What you will need to succeed! • Must be licensed in Washington state as a Registered Nurse and have one or more years of experience in a health or social services setting • Be a graduate of an accredited RN program • Must have valid CPR certification and complete the HIV/AIDS information course; • Have knowledge of DHS Regulations • Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external constituents Full Life Care is proud to step up our safety by requiring the Covid-19 vaccination of all of our team members.
