The LPN provides light duty nursing services in the clients' home in accordance with agency standards and applicable laws and regulations. The LPN ensures that clients receive the highest possible quality of care. Qualifications: - Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of MA - 2 yrs of experience in home health care. - Car with required proof of insurance coverage and a MA license. Requirements - Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week - Able to bend and and stand an average of 6 hours - Able to complete notes and other documentation in electronic visit software - Able to assess and communicate with ill patients, co-workers, and the general public
