We are looking for a competent certified nurses assistant to support physically or cognitively challenged Residents in their everyday lives. Experience in ADL tasks and caring for the elderly or sick will make you a strong candidate. Responsibilities Support Residents who can’t move on their own Help Residents dress, bathe, eat, transfer and any other needs they may have Provide caring emotional support Inform supervisors and/or administrative team about uncommon events or behaviors Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Work closely with other departments such as therapy and activities to provide the best experience possible for the Residents Nursing students are encouraged to apply Requirements: Committed to health & safety Proven experience as certified nurses assistant Well-organized, punctual and reliable Excellent communication with Residents, families and other staff utilizing excellent customer service skills Positive and compassionate attitude Strong ethics Physical stamina High school diploma or equivalent
