Reliable In-Home Care Needed

This position plays a key role in maintaining a calm, inclusive environment where each participant’s dignity, preferences, and independence are respected. Key Responsibilities Support participants with personal care needs including mobility, toileting, and meals as appropriate. Observe and document changes in mood, behavior, and function Assist with setup and cleanup of program spaces to maintain a safe and welcoming environment Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for caregivers and family members. Qualifications Minimum two years' experience. Compassionate communication skills and commitment to person-centered care. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team setting. Must pass DOJ/FBI background check and health clearance. Schedule and Compensation Schedule: Part-time; weekdays or weekends based on needs. Locations: Bay Area Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
