CURRENTLY HIRING for DAY SHIFT (INCLUDE: WEEKENDS) FOR LONG TERM PRN CASES: Ongoing cases: Cocoa/Titusville, Cape Canaveral, Rockledge
Synergy HomeCare of Palm Bay is looking for compassionate Caregivers for PRN; PT/FT and Per diem hours, weekdays, and/or weekends cases throughout Brevard County

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements
HHA Certificate or CNA License
Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse
Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license.
Experience with ALZ/DEM Memory care a plus!
Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus! *but not a requirement*
