Full-Time HCA/PCA - All shifts

Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Provide mobility support and transfers Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Offer medication reminders (as permitted by role/certification) Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors Maintain accurate care documentation Qualifications Current certification required for CNA/GNA/PCA/HCA roles (where applicable). Companion sitters: prior caregiving or elder-care experience preferred Reliable transportation — willingness to travel within our service counties Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor Ability to pass a background check and health screening Strong communication skills
