Home Care Aide (HCA) Job Description
Not limited to: On Call. Flexible shifts, days, evenings, nights. Supervision of Residents safety from potential harm. Assist w/household duties, Resident quarters neat and tidy, and Resident duties: Meds admin, Documentation, Calling 911, ADLs, cooking, cleaning, laundry, serving, feeding, bathing, supervising during meal times, and adaptability. Independent, takes initiative, and works well with others.
