Overall Objective: Implement, execute and promote Roxana Family Home Care Team Services. Seeking caregivers for a leading San Francisco home care business- Roxana Family Home Care.We want you to become part of our team and help our mission of helping clients and families achieve a piece of mind by providing personal home care and being proactive about seeking resources, skills, and solutions to those in need. Major Duties & Responsibilities: • Providing focused individual client interactions and activities in accordance with an established plan of care, such as appropriate stabilization and assistance • Provide personal care assistance, companionship and conversation • Preparing meals in accordance with service plan • Assistance bathing and grooming • Light housekeeping • Assistance with incontinence care and toileting • Working closely with a Case Manager to fulfill patient’s medical needs • Assisting with inventory reports and ordering of supplies • Monitoring medications reminder in accordance to doctors’ orders with regulations and training standards • Available for transportation of client (appointments, medication, groceries) Qualifications • Complete criminal background, drug screen • Ability to carry, lift, pull or push 30 pounds (lbs.) • Bonus upon hire* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
