Live in Assignment in Massachusetts 12 hour shift - Hiring Bonus up to $1000 through 12/10/2025!! (when conditions are met) Bonus REQUIREMENTS: Must fill out and send all required docs within 3 days. Pick up and work the first shift within 7 days of on-boarding completion. Work a minimum of 30 hours each week of successful employment with us and receive no complaints. Caregiver Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Hourly Pay Performance bonuses Corporate Wellness Programs Growth opportunities Caregiver Responsibilities: Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating Assist clients with medications, ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors, and family members Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Caregiver Requirements: Prior experience as a professional caregiver or in healthcare environment, hospice, in-home care, group home, as a CNA, PCA (2+ years professional experience REQUIRED) Must have training and on the job experience with dementia patients, Hoyer lifts, safe transfer skills and hospice Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties Must pass background check process We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
