LIVE IN Assignments Start Immediately- Professional Caregiving Experience $1000 HIRE ON BONUS UNTIL 12/10/2025 WHEN MEET CRITERIA. Bonus REQUIREMENTS: Must fill out and send all required docs within 3 days. Pick up and work the first shift within 7 days of on-boarding completion. Work a minimum of 30 hours each week of successful employment with us and receive no complaints. Responsibilities: Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.) Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Assist with meals, including prep, cooking and serving Assist patients in all other activities that are essential for daily living Enter care notes into company application Any other tasks, as necessary Qualifications: Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills Prior experience as a professional caregiver or in healthcare environment, hospice, in-home care, group home HHA license 2+ years professional experience REQUIRED Must have training and on the job experience with dementia patients, Hoyer lifts, safe transfer skills and hospice Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for every shift (this requirement does not apply to live-in caregivers, however, we do prefer that you have a valid driver's license) Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends Home Health Aid licensed Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing Must complete all Covid-19 training and follow protocols put in place We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
