Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Cantonese or Mandarin, bilingual preferred
- Availability in Brighton, Boston (Chinatown), Belmont, Brookline, Malden, or Lexington
- Willingness to work short hour cases
- Ability to travel to and from client's home - reliable transportation required

Job Responsibilities:
- Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
- Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
- Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
- Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
- Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
- Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
- Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
