Job Summary
Hiis Home HealthCare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. The RN will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine health status and care needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Educate and support patients and families on health management and treatment options.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a sterile environment.
Assist in specialized areas such as family planning, long-term care, and senior care.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should have a valid RN license in Massachusetts and relevant clinical experience. Preferred experience includes:
Strong knowledge of physiology and patient care best practices.
Experience in senior care and long-term care.
Familiarity with coding and medical documentation.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Knowledge of family planning and related healthcare practices.
Sterile processing techniques and infection control.
Experience with tube feeding procedures and ophthalmology-related nursing.
