Housekeeping tasks 3. Home management 4. Medically Related Tasks: Observing and reporting changes in client condition Requirements 1. Resume with three references 2. Valid CPR / First Aid card 3. Recent TB screen or recent chest X-Ray 4. Covid 19 vaccine card: Not mandatory, but recommended to protect you and the patient 5. Or, Recent Negative Covid -19 PCR test. 6. Copy of driver's license 7. Copy of Social security card
