Flexible schedule Responsibilities * Comprehensive in home assessment of patients, to generate plan of Care * Supervision of CNAs/HHAs * Give clear education to patients,families and caregivers * Maintains monthly visits to clients * Evaluations of the effectiveness of patients plan of care. Qualifications * Active and unrestricted GA registered nurse license * HIPPA Knowledge is expected * Experience with home care charting software * Current CPR/BLS * Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
