Responsibilities: Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space. Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required. Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients Strong attention to detail in documenting medical records and observations Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures Ability to adapt to the specific needs of each client, including those with special needs or medical conditions Requirements: HHA Certificate or CNA license Driver's License and Second form of ID Valid CPR In-Service (Alzheimer's and Dementia, Assisting with Medications, HIV/AIDS Training) TB/PPD Test Reliable Transportation Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
