Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description

Copley at Stoughton is a 123-bed, post-acute short-term rehabilitation and long-term healthcare provider practicing an interdisciplinary team approach, catering to each individuals' specific needs and goals. Since 1994, our mission is to provide excellent, individualized nursing and rehabilitation services to long-term residents and short-term guests. As a private, locally owned company, our management team is on-site, giving us the opportunity to assure a clean, safe, family-friendly experience for each and every individual. We are currently seeking one full-time RN for each of the following shifts: 3:00pm – 11:00pm 11:00pm – 7:00am Pay range (dependent upon experience and scheduled shift): RN - $38 to $46 per hour RN responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status. *Observe and report significant changes in residents’ behavior. *Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. *Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician. *Monitor care to assure all residents are treated with dignity and respect. *Other duties are required.
