Ideal candidate will possess the ability to run a unit of 25 to 40 residents. You will be the house supervisor and must have the ability to manage multiple staff as well as multiple comorbidities of our resident population.
Valley Manor is a four star facility with only two deficiencies in the nursing department over the last 4 years. We pride ourselves in the care that we provide.
Currently we are seeking an individual that is ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents. Valley Manor has a Rehabilitation Unit that specializes in rehab to home and we have a Long Term Care unit that is home to the frail and elderly population.
Valley Manor is located in beautiful Excelsior Springs Mo right next door to the local hospital.

$26 - $35/ hour
