Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility. As part of the Spring Creek Team, you will be responsible for the care and needs of our many residents and patients. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: *Administer medications and document therapeutic effects *Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration) * Provides services as indicated on resident treatment and service plans *Participate in facility surveys (inspection's) made by authorized government agencies as may be requested. *Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. *Encourage attending physicians to review treatment plans, record and sign their orders, progress notes, etc., in accordance with established policies. *Complete accident/incident reports as necessary *Other duties as assigned Skills: *Valid Ohio Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse license *Up to date BLS CPR certification *Willingness to work weekends and holidays *Exceptional staff training and customer service skills *Compassionate and friendly demeanor Benefits: -Competitive Wages-based off of years of experience -Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance after 60 days -Supplemental insurance through Colonial Life after 60 days -Paid time off after 90 days -401K after 90 days -Pick up bonuses -$3500 Employee referral bonus -Attendance bonus
