Full-time night shift working supervisor *$45/hr *$5000 Sign-on Bonus *Every other weekend and holiday rotation* Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located in Green Springs, Ohio is a beautiful campus consisting of Spring Creek Assisted Living and Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation for Nursing Care Services. Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility. -Administer medications and document therapeutic effects -Assist with resident comfort -Direct the day-to-day functions of the STNA's in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility. -Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies as may be requested. -Interpret the department's policies and procedures to personnel, residents, and visitors, and government agencies as required. -Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. -Complete accident/incident reports as necessary. -Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary. -Report all discrepancies noted concerning physician's orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the DON.
