Looking to Hire HHA

Looking to hire a HHA, that can go out to assist Patient with ADL twice a week . Traveling is required and transportation and Inc is required. ADL assist with , shower , bed bath , trash takeout , dressing , transfer, oral hygiene, changing linen/ make bed , shampoo hair if need or requested from Patient, skin care /lotion , encourage fluid intake , empty foley ( if the patient has one ) . Also checking vital signs and reporting and change to the patient to the office / or nurse
