We prioritize compassion, professionalism, and excellence in everything we do. As we continue to expand and grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Full Time Marketer. We are looking for an experienced, driven, and passionate Home Health Agency Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with Hospital Case Managers and physicians to drive referrals to our Agency. Your primary goal will be to increase census and contribute to building a reputable reputation for our agency within the healthcare community. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to target Hospital Case Managers, physicians, and the Senior Population. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Hospital Case Managers and physicians through regular communication, meetings, and networking events. • Demonstrate good bedside manner and meet with potential patients along with their families to market our agency to them. • Educate healthcare professionals about the services offered at our Home Health Agency. • Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate the referral and admission process for new patients. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. • Represent our facility at trade shows, and community events to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Qualifications: • Proven experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on Home Health preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our agency effectively. • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving referral volume and census growth. • Ability to interact with potential patients and their families in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
