Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a sweet and engaging 12-year-old girl in her home setting. This position focuses on ensuring her medical safety, comfort, and overall well-being while supporting her daily activities. CareGivers America, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN/LPN responsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients.

The ideal candidate is attentive, patient, experienced in pediatric care, and comfortable managing complex medical needs in a home environment.
Patient Care Needs
The nurse will provide skilled nursing care including:
- G-tube feedings and site care
- Medication administration
- Seizure precautions and monitoring
- Aspiration precautions
- Full assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Positioning and skin integrity monitoring
- Ongoing assessment and documentation of health status
- Communication with family and healthcare providers as needed
Qualifications
- Current, active RN or LPN license in [State]
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with G-tube care and seizure management required
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Compassionate, dependable, and family-centered approach to care
