CareGivers America, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an RN/LPN responsible for providing high-quality services to our home care private duty clients. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for a 17-year-old child. We are looking for a nurse who will become a valued part of our support team and help ensure comfort, safety, and quality of life.

This position involves providing skilled nursing care for a teenager with complex medical needs and physical limitations. The ideal candidate is attentive, patient, confident in their clinical skills, and comfortable working independently in a family home setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing skilled nursing care and monitoring health status
- Assisting with daily living needs and mobility support
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and managing medical equipment (training provided as needed)
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Communicating clearly with family and care team
- Supporting participation in home and community activities when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred
- Experience with mobility assistance and complex care needs is a plus
- CPR certification
- Dependable, calm, and compassionate demeanor
- Comfortable working in a private home environment
