LPN All Shifts

Long View Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 108 bed facility located in northern Carroll County in Manchester, MD. We strive to provide quality care in a rural setting for our residents. We are looking for a licensed nurse team member to provide a positive experience at our facility. POSITION LPN, Full time, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, or 10:30 pm to 7:00 am. Evening and night shift differential of $3.00 during the week and $4.00 during the weekend. Inquire about our $3000 SIGN ON BONUS. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility. Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by this facility. Complete and file required forms/charts upon a resident’s admission, transfer and/or discharge. Encourage attending physicians to review treatment plans. Transcribe physician orders to resident charts. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician. Participate in the development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident as necessary. REQUIREMENTS Active LPN license from Maryland Board of Nursing
