Requirements: -Relevant licensing and certifications -Observational and problem solving skills -Report writing skills -Active listening skills -Empathy skills -Physical Strength and Dexterity skills -A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation -Clean criminal background check -Negative TB Test -Signed statement of history of no misconduct Salary Range: $25-27 per hour Responsibilities: -Traveling to patients’ homes and managing their care plans according to physicians’ instructions. -Taking verbal orders. -Monitoring medication. -Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions -Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient. -Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient. -Total patient care including handling personal grooming and hygiene -Develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients. -Complete service plans. -Keeping abreast of developments in healthcare and attending workshops and lectures as required.
