QUALIFICATIONS
* Graduate of accredited school of nursing
* Valid PA State Licensure
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assesses patients by physical examination including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health issues
* Administer medications and treatments
* Participate in the care planning process and oversea implementation of the plan
*Communicate with physicians regarding changes in conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
*Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy
Lackawanna Health and Rehab Center is a 272 bed facility providing qualified skilled nursing and rehabilitative care.
