In addition, there is a shift differential for the 3P-11P and 11P- 7A shifts. C.N.A. will provide for personal care and services such as: •Assisting with activities of daily living (turning and positioning, toileting, bathing and grooming, feeding, and mobility.) •Obtains and records vital signs and weight as assigned. •Accurately documents all care as required by company policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations. •Promptly communicates any significant changes in behavior or condition to supervisor. •Makes routine rounds on each assigned resident in accordance with facility procedures. C.N.A must be enrolled in good standing on the Pa. Nurse Aide Registry. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
