Swanton Health Care and Retirement Center is a privately owned and operated skilled nursing facility in Swanton Ohio in search of qualified LPN's. We are a small but busy 68 bed facility. We have openings for 8 and 12 hour shifts. As a person centered care facility we offer stability in the current health care environment.
Job Summary:
Provide oversight and supervision to nursing assistants
Administer medication and perform treatments to skilled and long term care residents as prescribed
Complete daily documentation
Act quickly and decisively in an emergency
Must possess a valid, unencumbered Ohio nursing license
