Charge Nurse, RN or LPN - Long term Care / Assisted Living

The Elizabeth Scott Community, a 4-star, family-owned, multiple level healthcare facility in Maumee, is looking for Charge Nurses to join our team on day shift(6:00am to 6:30pm) or night shift(6:00 pm - 6:30 am) in our Rehab Center. We also have Full-time or Part-time available in our Nursing Home (6:00 pm- 6:30 am). In our Assisted living facility, we have one part-time position open as well on day shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm). These are skilled nursing positions, requiring an RN or LPN degree. The Charge Nurse will be supervising the care of his/her assigned residents. The “team” concept will be utilized for rendering resident care. The Charge Nurse will act as the team leader and will supervise and organize his/her work as a team. The Charge Nurse will work parallel with a second charge nurse or may work independently as a charge figure. Full-time; 36 hours / week. 6:00 am - 6:30 pm. Every other weekend rotation. (Rehab- Skilled Nursing Facility) **RN preferred Full-time; 36 hours / week. 6:00 pm - 6:30 am. (Rehab- Skilled Nursing Facility) Part-time; 12 hours / week. 6:00 pm - 6:30 am. (Nursing Home- Skilled Nursing Facility) Part-time; 24 hours / week. 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. (Assisted Living Facility) Contingent; (As needed). 6:00 am - 6:30 pm or 6:00 pm to 6:30 am. Weekends and Holiday availability preferred.
