Experience preferred in long term care setting; function exceptionally in a variety of situations and relate with personnel in a calm and professional manner; performing duties for residents who are aged with physical and mental deficits and those that may be terminally ill. Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and work with a team of care givers to facilitate policy and procedures and provide excellent care and communication with residents and families. Assess level of care to ensure individual needs will be met for each resident to continue a quality lifestyle. Assist with providing hands-on training with staff to provide quality care.
