** SEEKING BOTH REGISTERED NURSE AND LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE - ORANGE COUNTY (MISSION VIEJO, IRVINE, ALISO VIEJO, LAGUNA NIGUEL, AND SURROUNDING AREAS) - HOME HEALTH AGENCY ** ** FARSI SPEAKING REQUIRED ** ** THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVEL TO PATIENT HOMES. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS NOT AN 8- OR 12-HOUR POSITION IN A FACILITY OR NURSING HOME ** ** THIS POSITION IS PAID PER VISIT BASED UPON THE NUMBER OF PATIENTS ACCEPTED ** Mileage compensation: to be discussed Type of employment: PER DIEM Any necessary supplies will be provided by the agency. We are currently seeking a FARSI SPEAKING Licensed Vocational Nurse to travel and visit patients in the Orange County and surrounding areas. COMPENSATION: Mileage will be compensated for visits beyond a 15-mile radius of the nurse's residence. The rate may be negotiable depending on the level of care administered, nursing experience, and distance-driven. The starting rate for follow up visits is $45, with a possibility of increase following standard 3-month probation period. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Speak fluent Farsi Active nursing LVN/LPN license One year of nursing experience **(If new grad, training, and oversight may be an option)** Current physical, which includes negative TB test or X-ray. Current CPR certification COVID Vaccine (As per CDPH requirements , all healthcare providers must be fully vaccinated) Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, and lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Active legal resident status (Passport, Work visa, Green card, etc) Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.
