LVN/LPN

Currently Gandse Home Health Care Inc is interviewing for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) position to work throughout the Los Angeles metro area. The position will not exceed 40 hours a week. We are seeking a passionate, empathetic, and devoted individual to join the Gandse family in efforts to maintain the highest quality of care is provided to our patients. Candidates for this position must be proficient with chronic disease management, pediatric, geriatric patients,g-tubes, tracheotomy tubes (as needed). The position entails that the LVN/LPN will be responsible for taking care of the patient full time for 8 hour shift. Mon-Friday (6AM- 2PM or 7-3PM) or Mon- Sunday ( 10 PM-6AM, 11PM-7AM or 9PM- 5AM). Schedule is not set so it’s flexible, When filling in for a shift care the License Vocational Nurse position, the candidate is responsible for providing direct patient care within the scope of practice. Responsibilities include following the plan of care for the patient, adhering to the assessment and evaluation, providing treatments, performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs, assess signs and symptoms, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
