CNA For Home Health - FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

Omega Home Health Care Services Inc is currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide care for homebound patients in: Los Angeles County, Lancaster, Palmdale, Mojave, Tehachapi, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities • Provide assistance for activities of daily living • Perform tasks assigned by facility • Remind clients to take prescribed medications • Assist with clients personal care activities • Maintain patients care records and document provided services • Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises • Changing and turning patients • Emptying bed pans • Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Skills and Requirements • Proven working experience as a CNA • Licensed CNA certificate in CA • Driver's License (Required) • Reliable Transportation • Proof of auto insurance • Must be self-directed, able to work independently with little supervision while meeting performance metrics. • Physical, mental strength and flexible work hours. • Ability to remain calm under pressure. • Proficiency with electronic health records and web-based applications • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards • Fluent proficiency in English • Nursing and health care administration skills • Caring and compassionate personality • First Aid training • Valid driver’s license • Active TB test and Live Scan • Smartphone • Trained on proper PPE use Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20 - $25 per visit, commiserate with experience Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
