LVN - PM Shift, Per Diem, Skilled Nursing

We offer shift differentials for PM $1.25/hr. and NOC $1.50/hr. Per diem opportunities are available on all shifts. We also offer a $1,000 retention bonus if you meet the availability/hours requirement ($500 paid at 6 months of employment and $500 paid at 1 year of employment). HEALTH CENTER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (in addition to above): • 2 Years of experience in skilled nursing or long term care experience is preferred • Med pass experience RESPONSIBILITIES (will include, but will not be limited to): • Providing nursing oversight and nursing services to residents • Medication administration and supervision • Med pass experience • Interacting with physicians, family members, visitors and other providers • Required documentation • Staff oversight PER DIEM SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS: Per Diem staff have a minimum monthly/availability shift requirement, ask us for details.
