FT/PT LVN needed

JOB DUTIES: * Listen to change of shift report. * Check schedule for group assignments. * Give instructions to CNA’s regarding special concerns, needs, food consumption, vital signs needed, l&O’s needed, B&B trainees, bedfast residents that need turning, heel protectors, special skin care, showers, breaks and mealtimes. * Alert charting. * Pass medications and document. * Treatments as ordered by physician. * Order new or reorder medications as necessary. * During medication pass and treatments, check residents for emotional and physical comfort and safety. * Chart vital signs I&O’s, other pertinent information specific to the resident during your time on duty. * Make out incident reports for condition changes. * Check ADL charting for completeness and accuracy. * Report any condition changes or resident needs to R.N.
