LVN Field Nurse

Our home health agency is looking for full time LVN home health field nurses. We currently have positions open in the following areas: - West Los Angeles/Culver City/Santa Monica - South Los Angeles/Inglewood/Hawthorne - Downtown Los Angeles/Koreatown It is our goal to find LVNs who can service the regions above. We have the ability to concentrate patient care in specific areas so as to limit driving time and assist our nurses to be more efficient with their patient scheduling At least 1 year of clinical LVN experience is necessary. If new to home health, we are willing to train provided applicant has a working car and is interested in transitioning to home health field visit work.
