Community Care and Hospice serving Ventura County Seeking caring, compassionate individual(s) to join our hospice team in providing care to patients and their families in their time of need. Candidate(s) must possess current CA license LVN, CPR, TB and should also have up-to-date vaccinations including influenza and COVID. Please provide contact number with your resume. Hospice experience preferred, but new grads are welcome, willing to train COVID-19 considerations: We provide PPE to staff: masks, gloves, gowns, shoe covers, sanitizer, etc. Office checks temp daily, staff self checks for Covid symptoms, exposure.
