**Job Post: PCA / Caregiver** Oasis is hiring compassionate, reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Caregivers to support individuals with day-to-day care needs in a respectful, person-centered way. We are looking for dependable team members who are patient, attentive, and committed to helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their home or care setting. **Position:** Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver **Company:** Oasis **Schedule:** Full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts may be available **Location:** To be discussed based on client needs **Responsibilities May Include:** * Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home * Providing companionship and emotional support * Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding when needed * Medication reminders, as permitted * Light housekeeping related to the client’s care * Supporting appointments, errands, and daily routines * Observing and reporting changes in condition or concerns * Maintaining client dignity, privacy, and safety at all times **Qualifications:** * Prior caregiving, PCA, CNA, DSP, or home care experience preferred * Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude * Ability to follow care instructions and communicate clearly * Must be reliable and punctual * Ability to pass required background checks * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on assignment **We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:** * Patient and kind * Trustworthy and professional * Comfortable working with individuals who may need physical, emotional, or behavioral support * Able to work independently while staying connected with the care team * Committed to providing safe and respectful care **How to Apply:** Interested applicants should contact Oasis with their name, phone number, availability, and caregiving experience.
