Job Summary Metropolitan Community Services has a full-time Personal Care Assistant (“PCA”) position available we need to fill immediately. The client is a male who has no pets and does not smoke. Responsibilities and Duties Personal care assistance services help a person with day-to-day activities in their home and community. Caregivers help people with: Activities of daily living , including eating, toileting, grooming, dressing, bathing, transferring, mobility, and positioning; Health-related procedures and tasks , such as range of motion exercises; Instrumental activities of daily living , such as meal planning and preparation, shopping, performing household chores, etc.; and Observation and redirection of behaviors, such as observation and monitoring. Must be reliable, friendly and outgoing. Qualifications and Skills Preferred experience with lift-dependent clients! Paid training and competitive wages!
