Job Description: Velora Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our growing team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life. Our caregivers play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities while providing support. Responsibilities of a Caregiver: • Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting • Provide mobility assistance including transfers and ambulation • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients • Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and maintaining a clean living environment • Remind clients to take medications as directed • Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation to appointments if needed • Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the care team • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Qualifications: • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred but not always required • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and families • Ability to follow care plans and instructions • Must be able to pass a background check • Must be able to pass a drug test • Reliable transportation preferred • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Benefits: Weekly Pay Training and ongoing support.
