Job Title: Part-Time Companion / Caregiver (No Personal Care) Schedule: Part-time, consistent – 20 hours per week (5 hours/day, 4 days/week) Location: Marietta, GA 30008 About the Role: We are seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive individual to join our team as a part-time companion for an independent client. This is a meaningful role centered on social connection, light assistance, and enhancing quality of life—with no personal care duties required. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly companionship and engage in conversation Assist with errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, or other outings Offer light support around the home (e.g., tidying, organizing, meal prep assistance) Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment Be a dependable and attentive presence during scheduled shifts Schedule Details: Consistent part-time position: 5 hours per day, 4 days per week (20 hours total) Flexible days – we are open to discussing which 4 days work best for you Flexible start time – we recommend a structured shift such as 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM for consistency, but are happy to accommodate mutual preferences Once a schedule is agreed upon, we ask that it be adhered to reliably What We’re Looking For: Friendly, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable assisting with errands and light household tasks Reliable transportation (for errands) Male caregivers are encouraged to apply – the client is comfortable and works well with male companions Previous experience in caregiving, companionship, or a related field is a plus, but not required – we value heart and reliability above all Why Join Us?
